In a small kitchen in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, our Amma prepares each product with the same care and precision her grandmother taught her decades ago. Pirandai (Cissus quadrangularis) — known as the “bone setter” in Siddha medicine — has been a treasured plant in Tamil households for thousands of years.
When we started Swarna Vadivelan, our mission was simple: bring Amma's authentic recipes to families beyond our neighbourhood. Every batch of pirandai salt is stone-ground by hand. Every jar of pickle follows the exact proportions passed down through generations. Every soap is cold-processed with care.
We don't use machines. We don't add preservatives. We don't cut corners. What you receive is exactly what our family has been making and consuming for over three generations — pure, potent, and made with love.
